Part of the UK's first Non Housing, Revenue Account - Private Finance Initiative (PFI), Hilden Brook Park is a highly successful and significant development of 87 modern homes sold to a diverse range of buyers alongside 105 homes for rent – a landmark mixed tenure development in Warrington.

The range of Cruden Homestyle houses offered a flexible choice of size, layout and price to appeal to a mix of buyer needs and budgets.
