Cruden Small Works' Management Team is working with Manchester City Council's Young People into Construction initiative and has recently placed apprentice electrician Phillip Giles with supply-chain partner WMB Installations.

"We recognise that the future of our industry and our businesses lie in the nurturing and development of young people." said Managing Director Mark Burns. "We also know how difficult is for so many of them to access training and employment opportunities."

"We are therefore pleased to be able to operate hand-in-glove with clients such as Manchester City Council on initiatives such as 'Aspire' and 'Helping Young People into Construction'. Cruden Group is proud of its pioneering work with communities – both as an Investor In People and as an Investor In Diversity. "Our own 'Escalate' initiatives demonstrate the huge importance we place on the development of talented people."
