Cruden Homestyle has been active in the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) market following its introduction from the UK Government, undertaking the unique Hilden Brook Park development in Warrington, Cheshire. This is the UK’s first Non Housing Revenue Account - PFI initiative to deliver a 192 unit blind tenure, new build housing regeneration project.
Committed to regeneration, we work closely with local authorities and registered social landlords from initial concept of developments through to completion and sale of quality new build homes.
The majority of developments are mixed tenure in nature and provide homes for sale, rent and shared ownership. We use modern methods of construction as well as resolving solutions for individual neighborhoods.
Following the undoubted success of Hilden Brook Park, we are looking to extend our activity within Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Public Private Partnerships (PPP) projects across the Northwest.
