Stephen MorrisManaging Director
Institute of Directors Certificate in Company Direction, Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction. MSc, MCMI, MIoD.
Stephen joined Cruden in April 2000 and took up the position of Managing Director of Cruden Homestyle in June 2003 leading a dedicated, experienced team. In addition, Stephen is also Managing Director of Cruden Construction, the Cruden company which undertakes the construction of Cruden Homestyle developments, ensuring homes are built to our exacting quality standards and available for sale on time.

John O KempCompany Secretary and Finance Director

John has worked for Cruden for 25 years joining the Board of Directors in October 2004. He oversees the company’s financial affairs and has played a major part in the considerable success Cruden has enjoyed over the years. To contact John please click here.
Stuart WardleDirector
Stuart joined Cruden in 1986 and took up his position on the Board of Directors in June 2005. Stuart leads our land acquisition and development teams to offer individually tailored designs and solutions to meet local requirements and demand profiles. In addition, as a Director of Cruden Construction, Stuart is able to blend the requirements of the company’s housing association and local authority clients into developments by Cruden Homestyle. He takes a personal interest in the sales process for all developments.
