Escalate reinforces Cruden Groups commitment to recruiting, retaining and engaging talented people under the Investors in People principals.

The initiative is based around Crudens culture of training and development, recognizing, nurturing, supporting and growing talent within the group.

Working with the Learning and Skills Council, Construction Skills, local Northwest colleges, universities and our clients and partners through local labour initiatives, Cruden develop a diverse range of skills training and development opportunities across many disciplines.
